About Us

mOVE (Meritrium OmniVentures) is a next-gen venture studio currently developing a disruptive stealth-mode AI x Web3 platform. Our goal? To create a category-defining blockchain ecosystem.

If you're a Solidity engineer or super user who thrives in early-stage chaos, can think like a founder, and wants to leave your mark on Web3 infrastructure—this is your invitation.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity for Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to build end-to-end dApps
  • Write and run unit, integration, and property-based tests using tools like Hardhat or Foundry
  • Optimize for security, efficiency, and gas usage
  • Participate in architecture discussions, audits, and code reviews
  • Stay current with new EIPs, toolchains, and security practices
You Should Have
  • 1–3 years hands-on experience writing and deploying Solidity contracts
  • Experience building smart contracts for DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs
  • Familiarity with ERC standards, design patterns, and attack vectors
  • Ability to debug low-level EVM behavior and optimize contract performance
  • A strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and dApp architecture
  • Comfort with startup-level ambiguity and autonomy
Nice-to-Haves
  • Prior contributions to open-source Ethereum projects
  • Experience with Layer 2 chains (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, Base)
  • Familiarity with tokenomics design or automated governance mechanisms
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to assist in dev workflows
Compensation & Commitment
  • Equity or token-based compensation (generous and vesting over 2–3 years)
  • Part-time commitment: 15–20 hours/week (fully remote, async-friendly)
  • No upfront salary – this is a founder-track opportunity in a high-upside stealth startup
  • Potential to evolve into a core contributor, lead engineer, or full-time role post-launch
