About The Role
We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer to join a growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and development — bringing visual ideas to life through beautifully crafted websites and digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with the brand across digital touchpoints, owning the execution of Webflow development, landing page optimization, and technical integrations.

Responsibilities
Own and execute front-end development initiatives, including new website pages, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance
Develop websites and components using Webflow CMS, writing clean and scalable code
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate concepts and mockups into functional, high-converting web pages
Integrate the website with third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, automation platforms, etc.)
Set up and manage analytics, tracking, and attribution systems to monitor performance
Optimize websites for SEO, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
Improve site performance continuously based on data insights, testing, and user feedback
Stay up to date with web design trends and front-end development best practices
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in front-end web development
Strong proficiency in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience working with React or similar JavaScript frameworks
Proven track record of developing responsive, user-friendly websites
Experience with third-party API integrations
Solid grasp of UX/UI design principles
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and similar platforms
Nice To Have
Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques
Experience working with remote teams, especially across different time zones
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with Figma or other modern design tools
