Junior IT Administrator Role in Hamburg!

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is eager to start a fulfilling career and learn all there is to know about systems and IT infrastructure in a high-paced yet intimate environment.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Passion for IT and curiosity to learn.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with crossfunctional teams.
• 1+ years experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Ambition to develop their skills and career.
• A university degree (or Fachinformatiker-Systemingegration) or similar working experience in technical support for Linux-based systems.
• Experience using Linux is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and update Linux servers and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Manage user accounts and system logs.
• Assist with backup, recovery, and system optimization.
• Support virtualization (VMware, KVM) and automation (Bash, Python).
• Provide technical support and document procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and participate in on-call rotation.
