Growth Marketing Manager – Client Acquisition Specialist in PAKISTAN

SpotlightGB is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in the UK. We specialise in SEO, PPC, SMM, AI Call Agents, Web Development, and Branding. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own our client acquisition engine — someone obsessed with performance, outbound marketing, funnel building, and rapid experimentation.



Who You Are:

You're a growth-minded, full-stack marketer who knows how to:

  • Build & scale client acquisition systems
  • Launch and optimise performance ad campaigns
  • Work across cold outreach, landing pages, retargeting, and CRM pipelines
  • Deliver results under pressure and iterate fast

You thrive in fast-paced environments and want to play a key role in scaling an agency with big ambitions.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Manage cold email campaigns via Instantly.ai, Clay, or Apollo
  • Run LinkedIn outreach automation & messaging (Expandi, Dripify)
  • Oversee AI agent scripting & outbound strategy
  • Paid Ads Management:
  • Launch and scale Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads
  • Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
  • Continuously test creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Sales Funnel Ownership:
  • Build & optimize landing pages (GoHighLevel / Webflow)
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot / GHL) to track pipeline, leads & conversions
  • Set up automation workflows for lead nurturing & follow-ups
  • Reporting & Scaling:
  • Analyse KPIs and ROI across channels
  • Provide weekly reports with clear next steps
  • Work closely with the founder to refine offer, process, and direction



Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing / performance marketing
  • Proven success in B2B lead generation or agency growth
  • Expertise in running Google & Meta Ads and cold outbound
  • Familiarity with CRM system (GHL) and automation tools
  • Comfortable working independently with clear KPIs & revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and problem-solving skills



Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with or in digital agencies
  • Knowledge of AI tools for outreach or lead generation
  • Design sense for landing pages or creative input
  • Sales or closing experience
