What We’re Looking For
Our US client, a growth agency helping DTC and e-commerce brands, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role is essential for delivering high-impact static ad creatives that drive performance and support client growth. The right candidate is hands-on, proactive, and eager to explore how AI tools can enhance the creative process.
Responsibilities
- Design static ad creatives tailored for digital campaigns across platforms.
- Participate in concepting and creative review calls to contribute ideas and iterate on designs.
- Incorporate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Krea, MidJourney) into design workflows.
- Apply team feedback to continually improve creative output.
- Stay organized and maintain clean design files and asset versions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or ad-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing static ads, social media graphics, or digital marketing materials.
Nice to have
- Interest or experience using AI tools in the creative process.
- Background working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
