💼 Role Overview
The Project Manager ensures the smooth execution of all strategies developed by the Head of SEO-PPC-DEV. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts. You will be responsible for tracking project deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of our initiatives for both the company and its clients.
Requirement:
- Must speak fluently or natively French AND English
- Must have experience in digital marketing. Ideally already worked in an agency.
- Must be available and work at least 40-hour a week as this is a full-time position
- No sub-contracting your work

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals in collaboration with the lead PPC-SEO-DEV.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, content, design, development).
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.
- Optimize workflows for efficiency and productivity.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Oversee SEO projects and its deadlines
- Coordinate content creation (blogs, landing pages, website updates).
- Understand keyword strategies and provide inputs and suggestions in collaboration with the lead SEO.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Oversee PPC projects and its deadlines
- Set up tracking and reporting for paid campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance and optimize for better ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, engagement, ROI).
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights collaboration with the lead PPC • Adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions in collaboration with the head of SEO or PPC or Web Design.
Team & Client Management
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Provide clear briefs and expectations to creative and technical teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project risks.
- Lead meetings and present performance insights.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Manage CRM integrations and customer segmentation.
- Optimize lead nurturing processes.
Growth & Innovation
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
- Observe the current strategies and determine with the head of SEO-PPC-DEV if new marketing channels can be offered to the client.
- Optimize user experience across digital platforms. Provide suggestions to the DEVS or PPC or SEO lead that could improve the results.
