One of our companies is currently looking for a Technical Program Manager in the United Kingdom.
This is a fully remote role ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in SaaS and a passion for driving product adoption and customer success. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll serve as a key expert in a complex, multi-domain software environment. You'll work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers and Product teams to ensure clients are leveraging the platform effectively. Your ability to audit systems, analyze usage patterns, and provide strategic guidance will directly impact retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth. Accountabilities:
Act as the technical expert across a portfolio of customer accounts, supporting CSMs with deep product knowledge and guidance
Conduct audits of customer platform usage and configuration, delivering recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI
Drive proactive adoption initiatives to increase product stickiness and elevate customer satisfaction
Identify and document recurring product feedback and use cases to influence internal prioritization
Represent the voice of the customer internally by communicating impactful feature requests to product and engineering teams
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on client needs, business objectives, and performance targets
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical role within the SaaS or tech industry
Solid understanding of APIs and the ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements
Experience working closely with product development teams and translating customer feedback into actionable improvements
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first, cross-functional environment
Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills; ability to assess data, identify trends, and provide strategic input
Bonus: Familiarity with the short-term rental or hospitality industry and/or accounting principles related to trust accounting and ledger management
