About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Analyst and BI Architect to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a
full-time, fully remote role reporting to the Finance Director. The BI function is responsible for providing analytical support and driving strategic insight across the business. You’ll take the lead in managing day-to-day BI operations while also shaping the long-term strategy for advanced analytics and data platform development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement BI strategies to unlock actionable insights from complex data sets
- Lead development of a BI analytical centre of excellence using platforms like Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Ensure consistency and standardization of reporting across business functions
- Manage Customer Data Warehouse and data flow from source systems
- Oversee predictive analytics initiatives and guide cross-functional pods on projects
- Maintain and support technical systems including Salesforce, SAP Business One, Pardot, ClickUp, and more
- Champion data governance practices: GDPR compliance, ISO27000 audits, FOI protocols, and cybersecurity certification
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to internal stakeholders across departments
Technical Requirements
- Deep expertise in Qlik platform
- Strong command of SQL/MySQL, advanced Excel with VBA
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo)
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (especially Salesforce, SAP Business One, Pardot)
- Familiarity with tools like Hangfire, Docker/Kubernetes, and Microsoft 365
- Capable of managing and integrating imperfect datasets across multiple platforms
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Intelligence, IT Systems, or related fields (Math, Stats, Economics)
- Proven experience in a highly data-driven role
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling ability with data
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of operational research
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
- Post-graduate qualifications and CPD are a plus
