We are recruiting a Senior DevOps Team Leader with the option to work from Sofia or Malta (Hybrid model).

Your role is split into two key areas:
Team Leadership:
Guide and support a skilled group of DevOps Engineers. Your role will involve creating clear roadmaps, coordinating responsibilities, and ensuring team alignment. With operations spread across multiple time zones, cross-location coordination will be key.
Technology & Infrastructure (Hands-On!):
Cloud Infrastructure: Design and enhance cloud environments (GCP is ideal, but AWS or Azure experience is also welcome).
CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage deployment automation.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Containers & Orchestration: Use technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
Scalability & Security: Implement high-availability solutions.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure system reliability & efficiency.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience with serverless architectures (e.g. Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers)
Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Cloud certifications (especially GCP or similar)
