We’re looking for a Senior SEO Technician to take full ownership of execution for a portfolio of dental clients. You’ll be empowered, supported, and trusted. No client calls. No micromanaging. Just meaningful work with room to grow.

👇 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a behind-the-scenes, execution-first SEO role. You’ll own the full SEO stack for your assigned clients, working independently with support from our Head of SEO and other senior team members.

You will:

• Execute full-cycle Local SEO for dental practices (single- and multi-location)
• Perform on-page optimization: content, headers, schema, internal links, etc.
• Run technical site audits using Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Manage Google Business Profile optimization, NAP consistency, and citation cleanup
• Write high-performing SEO content briefs
• Conduct backlink audits and identify off-page opportunities
• Work inside WordPress regularly (this is a must-have skill)
• Collaborate with other SEO technicians on complex issues

• Screaming Frog

• SEMrush
• WordPress
• (Other tools welcomed—if it helps us rank, we’re game)

🙌 You’re Right For This If You:

• Live and work in Canada
• Have 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a bonus)
• Are confident with Local SEO and technical SEO audits
• Know WordPress inside and out (must-have)
• Thrive in a remote, results-driven environment
• Are self-sufficient, accountable, and love producing clean, effective SEO work
• Have past case studies or projects that showcase your skills
