What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Part-Time SEO Manager to drive our online visibility and optimize digital content. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with our team to enhance website performance, improve search rankings, and develop effective SEO strategies. If you're analytical, resourceful, and excited to make a real impact while growing your expertise in SEO, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance website visibility.
• Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and structure for better search performance.
• Content SEO Support: Collaborate with content creators to ensure blog posts and website content are optimized for search engines while remaining engaging and informative.
• Backlink Building: Develop and execute a backlink strategy, including outreach, guest posting, and partnerships, to enhance domain authority and rankings.
• Technical SEO & Performance Monitoring: Identify and address technical SEO issues, conduct regular audits, and optimize site speed, indexing, and crawlability.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• SEO-Savvy & Strategy-Driven: You have experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and technical SEO.
• Content & Link-Building Expert: You understand the importance of high-quality content and know how to create and promote blog posts to enhance search rankings.
• Analytical & Results-Oriented: You’re comfortable using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong Communicator: You can translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate effectively with content creators and developers.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and SEO best practices are consistently applied.
• Always Learning & Adapting: You stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Video-SEO-Experienced: If you’ve got experience with Video SEO - especially YouTube optimization, live streaming, OBS, and spotting trends in the video space - that’s a big plus. 

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Hours: Part-time
• Salary: $1000-$2000 per month (based on experience)
