Atlas, a travel technology company based in Singapore, is seeking an enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to focus on all things customer engagement within the product lifecycle. This person should be detail-oriented, innovative, and flourish as an independent subject matter expert on a results-driven team.
Atlas is a fully distributed, remote business with a team around the globe. This position is remote, from anywhere in Indonesia, and requires a high level of coordination and communication skills to be successful. You must be able to work independently, meet goals, set tasks in a timely manner, and join meetings via video.
About the Role:
As Product Marketing Manager at Atlas, your main focus will be on driving engagement with the current contact base – through nurture workflows, one-off campaigns, website articles, emailed newsletters and alerts, and product brand management.
You’ll have an eagle-eye on every vertical – innately knowing what our target audience is, and planning the most innovative ways to reach them – truly embodying effective, efficient marketing. You’ll work closely with the rest of the marketing team, but ultimately have creative freedom to see ideas through from start to finish, and really make the role your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans, prepare GTM collateral and oversee all product-related marketing activities, including product launches, nurture workflows, and one-off campaigns.
- Build and manage product messaging frameworks and collateral. Closely collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, Growth, and PR Manager to ensure congruency.
- Oversee any sales enablement strategies as they relate to product – i.e. pitch deck review, etc.
- Create Atlas-specific content, driving awareness of products through nurture workflows, one-off campaigns, and website articles.
- Manage and execute email marketing calendar. You will take ownership of newsletters and product alerts, collaborating with product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure content deadlines are met.
- Analyze health of customer base, and implement multi-channel retention campaigns accordingly, with goal of monetizing current subscribers, increasing Lifetime Value (LTV), and reducing churn – this means ideating angles, segmented audiences, writing copy, utilizing CRM to send multi-channel messaging, monitoring effort performance, and evaluating analytical success post-campaign.
- Assist Acquisition Marketing Manager with product-focused lead generation initiatives, funnel review/creation to ensure congruent customer journey.
- Take a content-first approach in marketing material creation, working closely with product, marketing, sales, growth, and customer service teams to ensure effective language.
Key Qualifications & Experiences:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise product marketing, with a keen interest in the travel industry.
- Successful prior track record creating/driving quantifiable KPIs and leveraging consumer data to build multi-channel product-focused marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics, as they relate to campaign management and reporting.
- Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving. The ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and proven success managing competing priorities.
- Must exhibit proficiency with a variety of commonly used digital marketing and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Eloqua, SuiteCRM, Excel, etc.
- Comfortable writing marketing content, along with an “eagle-eye” for grammar, brand voice, and style guidelines.
- University degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retention marketing background
- CRM expert, with experience specifically in HubSpot and Eloqua
- Strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for design and copy, especially in B2B space
- Organized self-starter; possesses the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver
- Experience working in a fully remote role
