About the Role:
SocialPro is looking for a vibrant, tech-savvy Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing Technology (MarTech) division. You’ll be working on the technical onboarding and user support for SocialProxy, our proprietary, world-first social media scheduling tool.
This is an in-office role based at our dynamic Florida Road offices, where you’ll collaborate daily with our graphic designers, videographers, developers, and client service teams. If you’re young, passionate about tech and content, and ready to grow into a national role—this is your calling.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage technical onboarding of new SocialProxy users (training, setup, walkthroughs).
- Provide frontline support for users experiencing registration or content scheduling issues.
- Direct users to our library of video tutorials and identify when new ones need to be created.
- Drive high-frequency, high-quality content scheduling by users on the platform.
- Liaise with internal design and video teams to create:
- Monthly client content calendars
- Bite-sized video tutorials
- Promotional videos for SocialProxy
- Collaborate with client accounts to understand their marketing tone, objectives, and platform needs.
- Identify client usage drop-offs and proactively re-engage them.
- Contribute to platform feature suggestions based on client feedback.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and apply insights to scheduling best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:- Fluent in English (first language or equivalent proficiency)
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, tech onboarding, or content creation
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with great follow-through
- Young, vibrant, tech-forward, and client-obsessed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn scheduling
- Bonus if experienced with: Notion, Asana, Trello, Loom, or AI scheduling platforms
