What you will do in this role

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit professional to lead our team of cybersecurity and assurance professionals in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, developing engagement strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the overall quality of client work.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assurance services delivery team, foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, and recruit, mentor, and develop cybersecurity professionals.

Client Engagement:Work with exciting clients and innovative technologies, develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and understand client needs to tailor solutions.

Assurance Services Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction, plan and manage assurance projects with a focus on quality assurance, and work on exciting projects in areas such as PCI DSS, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, and more.

Training and Compliance:Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements, develop and lead training programs for service delivery teams.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Certifications: Preference for technical certifications such as CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and similar.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering IT Audit and cybersecurity in a professional services environment with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
