Artificial Intelligence Engineer in BRAZIL

At Meritum, we're building a smart virtual assistant focused on corporate compliance and integrity, and we're looking for an experienced AI Developer to lead this exciting project!

If you’ve built intelligent chatbots, worked with OpenAI, LangChain, LLMs, and integrated systems with Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Build an AI-powered assistant
• Connect the assistant with Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Use generative AI to deliver smart, secure, and helpful conversations
• Work closely with our product and compliance teams to define key flows
• Lead the development with autonomy and creativity

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in AI, machine learning, or chatbot development
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, TensorFlow, etc.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data security
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills

Nice to have:

• Background in compliance, governance, or corporate investigations
• Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings)
• Integration experience with WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams
• Advanced English
