This is you

We are seeking a CTO to join Altiant’s Senior Leadership team. This role will be pivotal in devising and implementing the company’s technical vision, driving technology development and innovation, and overseeing the global infrastructure for both Altiant (B2B) and LuxuryOpinions.com (B2C).

Specifically, our company uses a .NET framework for a core centralized hub which plugs in various APIs to consolidate information. We maintain two outward facing websites serving completely different purposes. We leverage standard tools like JIRA for development, Trello, GitHub as well as some custom made / legacy systems.

This is part of the role

• After an initial assessment of the current environments for performance, scalability and security purposes, the candidate will:
• Oversee and guide 1 frontend and 1 backend developers
• Develop MIS systems to better coordinate leadership reporting (dashboarding)
• Automate numerous other processes to create efficiencies and promote information flow throughout the broader organization.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for the company, aligning technology initiatives with the company's goals and vision.
• Develop and execute the company's technical roadmap, identifying key areas for innovation and growth in Web3 security and Machine Learning applications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise digital platforms, website performance, and user engagement strategies.
• Lead UX/UI improvements, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Implement data-driven personalisation, A/B testing, and behavior tracking to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.

We believe this is you:

Most probably, you have the following skills and experiences:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a technology leader in the Web3, with a focus on coding, security and Machine Learning technology.
• Extensive knowledge of Web3 security best practices, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and industry standards.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive smart contract audits, identifying security risks, and providing and implementing remediation recommendations.
• Proficiency in programming languages C#, Java, TypeScript
• Strong technical background in secure coding practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of technical professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Our company language is English, so complete fluency is a must.
