Responsibilities:


Report and Dashboard Management:

  • Maintain and create various reports in Excel and Power BI.
  • Develop dashboards using DAX programming language for mathematical logic and KPIs.
  • Translate regular reports from Excel into Power BI.

Business Intelligence and Automation:

  • Utilize Power Automate and Power Query to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Implement business intelligence processes at an operational level, presenting and leading automation initiatives.
  • Convert business requirements into detailed IT specifications and actionable KPIs.

Support and Expertise:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for dashboards and automation, providing guidance and support to the Business Unit and stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex report discrepancies and issues.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create necessary documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals for automations.


Qualifications:


Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI DAX programming language.
  • Experience with Big Data Analytics.

Experience and Education:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, specializing in automation and standardization within a Project Management framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent working experience.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for direct and virtual collaboration.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment, both individually and as a team player.

Process Improvement and Documentation:

  • Experience in developing comprehensive training materials for new processes and tools.
  • Creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for automated reporting tasks.
  • Designing Process Maps to illustrate current and future states of reports (as-is vs to-be).

Soft Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent time management and task organizing abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Initiative for continuous improvement of processes, quality, and efficiency.
  • Internal motivation, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
