We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused Junior IT Administrator who thrives in high-touch IT environments. If you have strong Microsoft 365 expertise and love delivering exceptional customer service, this is the role for you!


What You’ll Do


White-Glove Client Support

• Be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering an outstanding user experience.

• Respond quickly to tickets and resolve Level 1-3 issues related to:

  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
  • Windows and macOS desktops/laptops
  • Networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
  • Email security and phishing prevention
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Business-critical SaaS applications
  • Document all client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our PSA system (e.g., SyncroMSP).


Microsoft 365 & Cloud Management

  • Administer and secure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Deploy and manage Intune (MDM/MAM) for device security and compliance.
  • Support OneDrive and SharePoint configurations, permissions, and migrations.
  • Assist in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, licensing management, and new user onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot email delivery issues, spam filtering, and phishing attacks.


Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents related to Microsoft 365 and network security. 
  • Support clients in maintaining regulatory compliance with SEC, FINRA, CIS, and NIST frameworks. 
  • Implement MFA, endpoint security solutions, and phishing prevention training.


Project Work & IT Operations

  • Participate in client onboarding, security hardening, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Assist with email migrations, device rollouts, and SaaS integrations. 
  • Maintain and update client documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and educate end-users on security best practices.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Client-first mindset – You thrive in high-touch environments and prioritize exceptional service.
  • Microsoft 365 expertise – Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting – Supporting users in a fully remote environment.
  • Financial services experience (preferred) – Exposure to hedge funds, private equity, or asset management IT is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills – You enjoy troubleshooting, learning, and tackling new challenges. 
  • Strong communication – You can explain complex IT concepts in a clear, non-technical manner.
  • Certifications (a plus) – Microsoft, Cisco, or security certifications are a bonus.
