Role overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to assess Animated images for visual consistency, style accuracy, and identity preservation. You’ll be responsible for producing polished graphic content based client briefs and reviewing AI generated content on visual harmony or accuracy..

What does day-to-day look like::

• Create assets and designs that align with Turing’s creative standards and project requirements.
• Demonstrate experience or knowledge in concept art, sketching, line art, background design, and detailing for 2D asset creation.
• Review AI-generated images to check if they match the intended artistic style.
• Evaluate identity preservation across factors like skin tone, gender, age, pose, body shape/size, and hair
• Apply evaluation criteria for various styles such as Anime, Comic, Painting, and others.
• Implement a systematic rating framework to ensure consistent evaluations of style expression and identity preservation across relevant attributes
• Identify acceptable minor deviations according to established stylization levels.
• Provide detailed feedback on significant errors impacting visual harmony or accuracy

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio that showcases creative expertise
• Good understanding of visual styles, art trends, and character design.
• Ability to assess images based on defined criteria.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time well
