What You'll Do:
As a Database Analyst, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of database structures essential for business applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, and maintain database structures to meet the needs of the organisation's business applications.
Analyse database performance to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and enhance query efficiency.
Implement data migration strategies for seamless data transfer between different database systems.
Develop and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorised access.
Troubleshoot and debug database issues to ensure the stability and availability of database systems.
Document database schemas, procedures, and configurations to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Stay abreast of the latest database technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Recommend and implement data warehousing and data mining solutions to unlock insights from data.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Database Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills for maintaining clear and concise database documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in Romanian (native) and English.
