About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Configuration Manager and Intune Operations Specialist to join our IT Operations team in APAC. This role is pivotal in supporting our client management platform, including Configuration Manager and Intune, ensuring a stable and well-maintained environment. You will interact with the business to collect requirements and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations. You will work with other internal IT teams and Managed Service Providers to ensure that the environment is stable while expanding its capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management Platform: Support and maintain Configuration Manager and Intune.
Assess Requirements: Work with the business to gather and assess change requests and implement solutions.
Environment Oversight: Manage, monitor, and maintain day-to-day activities to align with expected service levels.
Service Supplier Oversight: Oversee and support all related service supplier and/or manufacturer activities.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues before they affect service performance.
Service Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance service levels.
Collaboration: Work with other IT groups and regional hub teams to implement solutions and support the environment.
Working at Scale: Develop and deploy solutions at scale to remediate issues across over 80,000 machines globally.
On-Call Support: Provide on-call support and extended working hours when required, with a willingness to accept periodic rotation.

Skills and Experience
Technical Expertise: 
Strong knowledge of Configuration Manager and Intune.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft OS architecture.
Proficient with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, O365, and other Microsoft technologies.
Proficiency with ServiceNow.
Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts.

Professional Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a Configuration Manager, Intune, and MDM operations role.
Experience working in a large/global enterprise IT environment.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and experience working within an ITIL-aligned Service Management organization.
