We are looking for technical ServiceNow professionals at different levels – from Developers to Architects / Technical Managers. Your focus will depend on your experience, but in all cases, you’ll work with ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize solutions for clients.
Common responsibilities across all levels:
- ServiceNow implementation & development – configuring, customizing, and building solutions
- Technical consulting – working with clients to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow capabilities
- End-to-end implementation – from system design and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support
- Collaboration – working closely with business teams, developers, and stakeholders
Additional responsibilities for Architect / Manager level:
- Technical leadership – designing scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions
- Solution strategy – aligning technical decisions with business goals
- Mentoring & team growth – guiding junior developers and sharing best practices
- Stakeholder management – ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams
What you should bring
We welcome both mid-level and senior candidates. Your level of responsibility and autonomy will depend on your experience.
For Developer level:
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of ServiceNow basics – system configuration, scripting, and integrations
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team
For Architect / Manager level (in addition to the above):
- 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture, development, or technical leadership
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules – ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or others
- ServiceNow certifications (Administrator / Application Developer)
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and lead teams
