We are seeking a Blockchain Support Engineer to bridge communication between our global ecosystem partners and core protocol teams. You will be the critical frontline troubleshooter for projects integrating with our blockchain ecosystem, ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Debug and diagnose issues reported by ecosystem projects (e.g., smart contract interactions, node synchronization, RPC errors).
- Identify root causes by analyzing logs, transactions, and network behavior.
- Provide clear, actionable solutions in both English and Chinese for both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with protocol engineers to escalate complex technical issues.
Onboarding:
- Guide projects through integration (API usage, contract deployment, testing).
- Create bilingual technical guides/tutorials.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with EVM smart contract development(Solidity, Hardhat/Foundry or simialr).
- Linux system basics: CLI, log analysis, process monitoring etc...
- Blockchain fundamentals: gas mechanics, mempool, forks, common RPC methods etc....
