💶 Salary: €36,000 – €43,000 gross/year (based on experience)

🗣️ Language: German (C2/native) required

🕐 Workload: Full-time (42 hours/week) | 30 vacation days

🚚 Relocation Support: Temporary housing during probation + relocation assistance afterward

🚗 Travel: 25% (local client visits)

Your Mission

As a 1st Level IT Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines, helping medical professionals resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively. You’ll be the friendly voice that ensures doctors and clinic staff can rely on their systems—and you’ll help shape the future of healthcare tech along the way.

Your Key Responsibilities

🖥️ Primary Support Contact – First point of contact for clinics experiencing issues

🎫 Ticket Management – Handle support tickets via phone and software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)

🔧 Troubleshooting – Resolve hardware/software/network issues

📑 Documentation – Maintain internal support articles and solution guidelines

🚗 On-site Visits – Travel to clinics when remote fixes aren’t enough (25%)

🛠️ Hardware Setup – Assist with onsite IT installations when needed


Your Profile

Must-Haves:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support (with client-facing responsibility)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Confident working with OS, software apps, and basic networking
  • Native-level German (C2) – clear and professional communication is essential
  • Valid Class B driver’s license

  • Formal IT qualification or apprenticeship
  • Knowledge in IT/network security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, OSCP)
  • Experience with network or hardware setups
