Marketing Analyst

Incorp USA is an American company in the construction industry, specializing in building and selling affordable housing in the United States. Our commitment is to provide accessible, safe, and high-quality homes, helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. We are looking for a marketing professional to strengthen our market presence and expand our impact in the U.S. real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies;
• Manage social media, create content, and engage with the audience;
• Manage and optimize the company's profiles on real estate sales platforms, ensuring constant updates of listings, ad visibility, and effective interaction with potential buyers;
• Plan and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.);
• Create and track performance metrics, presenting periodic reports;
• Develop institutional and promotional materials;
• Establish partnerships and initiatives to strengthen the brand;
• Coordinate events and promotional activities;
• Manage customer relationships and generate leads;
• Create and manage the company website on WordPress, ensuring updates and SEO optimization.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (will participate in video conferences in English, and all produced materials will be for an American audience);
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields;
• Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing;
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills in metrics and SEO strategies;
• Experience in website creation and maintenance on WordPress;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Differentials:

• Experience with marketing automation (RD Station, HubSpot, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of video editing and photography;
• Experience with email marketing and CRM.

Location: 100% Remote

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST - Oklahoma Time)
