What we are looking for:

• 1-3 year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or junior project role (preferred)
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, and Confluence is a plus
• Interest in IT projects, systems integration, or software development environments
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in ENG and RUS
