Senior Angular Developer in POLAND

Client: car sales company

Role: Senior Angular Developer / Fullstack (Node.js + Angular)

Project: Augmenting Current Inventory team, support in the split of the contexts ‘automated auction creation’ + ‘Quality Assurance’ as well as ‘Inspecting’ and work on project-specific requests in the area of ‘automated auction creation’.

Role description:

This role focuses on frontend development, building and optimizing robust, scalable solutions that drive user engagement and product growth. Shaping our platform, optimizing data flows, and contributing to team growth with the autonomy to influence development strategies and frontend architecture.

The Tasks:

• Mentor less Experienced Engineers
• Identify and define technical and product requirements, design
• development processes (CI/CD) and standards (e.g. for code quality).
• Lead and support engineering processes in terms of technology
• screening, architecture design decisions and actual implementation.
• Moderate team sessions and guide and support your team members
• with your experience to tackle technical and process challenges.
• Providing technical feedback to your team members in frequent sessions to help them grow.

Requirements/ profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering (Frontend)
• You have previous experience in coaching and mentoring engineers and/ or other technical staff.
• You have a hands-on mentality towards not only technical but also organizational challenges.
• You are a native speaker of TypeScript and familiar with technologies such Angular and PostgreSQL.
• You have experience with modern SCM, Build & Release Tools (Git, CI, Docker, etc.)
• You have practical experience with agile development frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and tools like JIRA Confluence.
• You have excellent English communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Node, NestJS,
• Conversational German skills
• Experience in the automotive industry
