The role
We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team reporting to Nicolas Arrivé.
You have great analytical skills and are good at making people understand what adn why needs to get done and you understand what kind of insights drive the right set of actions.
The Data Analytics team embeds actionable insights into the business teams and drives commercial success (improving sales, margin and/or efficiency). Automation is also at the heart of our business practices when value can be extracted at scale.
What will I do?
As a Business Analyst you will play a vital part in defining our company strategy and execution across Payment flow, Paid Marketing, Customer base and product strategy. This role will span across Recharge and the recently acquired Startselect.
You own relationships with Directors and C-level executives, and therefore you are capable of articulating complex analytical or data topics into simple concepts to senior audiences.
You can articulate the positive business impact of your recommendations and insights.
You conduct advanced strategic analyses and deliver valuable insights that enhance our offerings and maximize commercial value for both Recharge and its customers.
You are proactively making the right trade-off between self-service analytics environments (Tableau reporting) and custom deliverables.
