About the Role: As our GoHighLevel Expert, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining CRM automations, workflows, and integrations that ensure a seamless backend system for our marketing campaigns and client fulfillment. You’ll work closely with our operations and marketing team to build efficient systems, launch campaigns, and support scaling efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize GHL workflows, campaigns, automations, triggers, appointment reminders, and forms
• Create and manage GHL snapshots and custom variables
• Set up webhooks, tags, triggers, and pixel tracking for conversion optimization
• Integrate GHL with Google Sheets using webhooks or Zapier/Make
• Manage and troubleshoot CRM issues within GHL
• Assist with onboarding automations and lead tracking setup
• Support backend configuration for Facebook ad campaigns and lead forms
• Troubleshoot and QA campaigns to ensure flawless functionality
• Think critically and independently to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions
• Make decisions and take initiative without requiring constant oversight

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of recent experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong experience with API integrations, Zapier, and Make (Integromat)
• Solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and ad campaign management
• CRM data structure, tagging logic, and funnel architecture
• Pixel and event tracking implementation across platforms
• Familiarity with lead routing, pipeline automation, and reporting dashboards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities

Minimum Entry Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Proficiency in troubleshooting automations and campaign setups
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a functional home office setup
