Are you an experienced Ceridian Dayforce Systems Business Analyst seeking your next exciting challenge? We’re hiring for a 3-month contract position for our reputable client in Vancouver, BC. This fully remote role is ideal for a tech-savvy, analytical professional with hands-on expertise in Dayforce and the ability to support critical HRIS initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Ceridian Dayforce, working across teams to gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain Dayforce workflows, configurations, and reporting functionalities tailored to organizational needs.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements or enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
- Assist with data migration, system integrations, testing processes, and deployment strategies as needed.
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guidelines to ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate remotely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to deploy Dayforce solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Ceridian Dayforce implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and workflows, preferably in mid-to-large-scale organizations.
- Ceridian Dayforce experience required, with experience of XML coding.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Adept in managing projects and priorities in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
