Reporting to the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), we are seeking a visionary leader to join our organisation as
Head of Business Intelligence and Insights (BI&I). In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of talented data professionals, leveraging cutting-edge analytics to transform healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in senior-level data and analytics leadership, ideally within the NHS or a similarly complex environment.
- Expertise in business intelligence systems, including Power BI .
- Strong strategic vision and a track record of leading data-driven transformations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for using data to improve patient care.
