Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify hiring needs, amplify key roles, and ensure consistent messaging across candidate touchpoints;
Actively initiate and support branding activities that contribute to the top of the recruitment funnel, increasing inbound interest from relevant talent segments;
Plan and execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns using digital marketing tools (e.g., paid ads, social media targeting, content partnerships);
Manage and grow corporate social media pages (LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, etc.);
Create, oversee, and personally produce content (articles, posts, videos, podcasts, and other materials) to strengthen the employer brand across multiple platforms;
Manage and maintain the Careers website and similar platforms, ensuring a consistent brand style and messaging. Oversee and respond to employer reviews to shape a positive company reputation;
Lead special projects, including organizing and executing employer branding events, tech meetups, conferences, etc. to engage and retain top talent;
Metrics & Insights: Analyze hiring and branding metrics to improve performance.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in employer branding, DevRel or digital HR marketing;
Platform Skills: Advanced knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, Glassdoor, Reddit and others;
Creative Collaboration: Strong project management skills, especially with designers and content creators;
Metrics-Driven: Expertise in measuring of HR brand metrics;
Communication: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and branding skills.
