Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department. In this dynamic entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them in understanding and utilizing our digital marketing and SEO services effectively.
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) will be essential as you address clients' inquiries, assist with service implementations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help our customers maximize their digital marketing efforts and achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions
Guide clients in navigating our services and tools, providing training and support
Document customer interactions and support requests in our CRM system comprehensively
Collaborate with our digital marketing and SEO teams to resolve complex issues
Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our offerings
Requirements
Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, with strong communication skills
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a digital marketing or technical environment
Adept at handling multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and strong organizational capabilities
Passion for digital marketing and SEO with a commitment to helping clients succeed
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
