In Industrials, we are looking for
Team Lead/Manager with minimum
7 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India, and to be part of our growth story.
The ideal candidate must possess a combination of leadership, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills. They should demonstrate a passion for cultivating team success, nurturing talent, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Manager and Senior Managers in controlling and managing the operations of the team and contribute to employee development initiatives.
- To focus on driving team engagement and productivity and ensuring a positive work environment
- Provide leadership and inspiration to software developers and QA engineers, with a focus on cultivating alignment, motivation, and delivering excellence in their work.
- Proactively identify and address skill gaps, creating an environment of continuous improvement and learning
- To serve as a technical leader with the technical experience background allocating part of the time as a productive resource within the area of software development.
- Experience with microservices and the Spring framework or experience with front-end technologies such as React JS or Angular is an added advantage.
- To support manager in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- To extend that time allows it, he/she will also solve concrete task related to software development in the entire DevOps process.
Expected Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science/information science, or equivalent.
- Strong technical background from any of these areas: .Net development, DevOps Engineer, Mobile App Developement(Android/ IOS), Frontend Development (Vue.JS)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication prowess, with the ability to seamlessly interact and collaborate with teams of diverse backgrounds across various geographical locations.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Display a commitment to perpetual learning and the development of skills and talents.
- Experience in Scrum or any Agile methodologies.
- Location: Residing in Mangalore, or open to relocation.
