Head of Sales in SWITZERLAND

Hi! We are Netpeak Talent, a recruiting agency, and we are currently helping our partner, a product company specializing in blockchain analytics and AML solutions, find a Head of Sales.


This role is perfect for someone who understands the market, shapes strategy, and influences the company’s future. You’ll have the freedom (and the responsibility!) to experiment, test hypotheses, and redefine the rules in the fintech space. Are you up for the challenge?


About the Company. Іt’s a leading financial security and compliance solution in the crypto space. Since 2018, they have been specializing in tracking addresses and transactions, automatically alerting critical AML cases to ensure transparency and security in financial operations.


About clients:

  • Government Law Enforcement. We enable agencies to supervise crypto market players in order to prevent illegal activity, apply instruments to perform large-scale investigations, and gather forensic evidence on blockchain.
  • Blockchain Startups & Fintech Companies. With this product, blockchain startups and fintech companies can implement KYT practices for cryptocurrency assets, comply with FATF guidelines, and protect their businesses from regulatory risks using technologies.
  • Financial Institutions. With Company’s services, financial institutions can open up the possibilities of crypto assets for their clients in full compliance with the highest AML/СTF standards, using the toolset.


First goals in this position:

  1. Reduce cost per lead by optimizing outreach processes, improving targeting, and eliminating inefficiencies in the sales funnel.
  2. Increase the lead-to-deal conversion rate by refining qualification criteria, improving messaging, and strengthening team negotiation skills.
  3. Improve activity-to-results ratio — boost the effectiveness of emails, demos, and follow-ups by implementing best practices, A/B testing, and tighter feedback loops.
  4. Maximize sales ROI by aligning efforts with high-potential opportunities, focusing on margin-positive deals, and continuously tracking team performance against revenue goals.

And about your team. There are 12 people in the sales team:

  1. Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Managers – will handle the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing successful deals.
  2. CRM Operators – will take care of accurate lead tracking and maintaining clean, up-to-date CRM data.
  3. Outbound Lead Generations Specialists – will launch targeted cold campaigns and consistently generate quality leads.


We’d love to see someone who’s: 


  1.  Already had a solid  5+ years in B2B sales, especially if you’ve worked with government clients or the public sector. Since we’re focused on the Swiss market, experience there is a must.
  2. Experience in managing a sales team.
  3. Know how to hit and exceed sales targets — and have the numbers to prove it.  
  4. Can negotiate, present, and communicate like a pro.  
  5. Naturally build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.  
  6. Feel confident navigating the world of blockchain, AML regulations, and their role in the financial space.  
  7.  Are hands-on with CRM systems and sales automation tools.  
  8. Are open to occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.  
  9. Think strategically and love spotting growth opportunities before others do.



What you’ll be driving:

  1. Design and implement a scalable sales strategy with streamlined, efficient workflows.
  2. Grow the sales team by setting clear KPIs, introducing structured routines, and building a culture of ownership and accountability.
  3. Bridge the gap between Sales, Business Development, and Marketing — aligning efforts around shared goals and a unified go-to-market approach.
  4. Level up the team through internal training sessions, mentorship, and hands-on coaching.
  5. Stay close to the action by personally leading early-stage conversations, stepping into key deals, and periodically running your own sales efforts in the Swiss market, especially for strategic clients or complex opportunities.
