- Maintain accurate records of leads and engagements using our CRM system
- Analyze lead generation performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably within a marketing or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software and lead management systems is preferred
