Freelance Product Manager
Contract / Remote / Part-Time
We’re looking for a Freelance Product Manager to join our team and help guide a digital product that’s already in development. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of designers and developers building an innovative web-based application.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product milestones are met and scope is aligned
• Translate vision and requirements into clear deliverables and priorities
• Write and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and prioritized
• Facilitate communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Review progress, identify blockers, and help resolve issues to keep the project on track
• Track feature development, manage feedback loops, and update timelines as needed
• Support quality assurance and deployment planning
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing digital products from concept through to launch (agency or freelance experience welcome)
• Strong ability to step into a project midstream and quickly understand workflows and goals
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Notion, Slack, and Adobe XD is preferred but not required
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive progress
Project Scope & Details:
• Immediate start
• Estimated 15–30 hours per week
• Duration: 2–3 months with potential for extension
• Fully remote
