Atlas is looking for a Voice and SMS Specialist with:

Strong experience with Voice, SMS and numbers (DIDs)
knowledge of routing and switching
knowledge of TCP/IP, IPSec and SNMP protocols.
knowledge of VoIP, SIP, H323, G711, G721, G726, and G729 protocols
understanding of TDM and VoIP infrastructure
Ability to handle interconnection processes with customers and suppliers for VoIP(SIP) and SMS(SMPP, HTTP, API) and reading PCAP logs
Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies
Strong experience with troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with testing tools like TelQ and Testelium
Experience with Alaris/Horisen and ticketing tools like Zendesk is a plus.
