TV2, a leader in technical solutions for Internet Protocol Television providers, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and HR Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this part-time role, you'll support finance, engineering, HR, and executive leadership to keep our business thriving. Work a schedule of 10 a.m. to noon Pacific Time (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time), Monday to Friday from your home office.
What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support to Engineering, Finance, HR, and the CEO.
Review, edit, and proofread key documents—like contracts and offer letters—ensuring they're error-free and professional
Streamline processes with DocuSign, preparing templates and tracking signatures
Asset Management: Research, order, and track equipment or assets, keeping our team equipped for success
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors in BambooHR, SimplePay, and QuickBooks Time to ensure HR operations hum along smoothly
Keep us on track by monitoring deadlines, sending timely reminders, and updating project statuses
Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling interviews. May assist with some travel.
Maintain organized digital records and databases, ensuring easy access to critical information
Tools You'll Use: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, QuickBooks Online, BambooHR, SimplePay, Bill.com, Avalara, DocuSign, ProcureDesk, Zoho.
Requirements
Who You Are:
A Canadian resident, legally eligible to work in Canada.
A pro with 3-5 years of administrative experience, adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
A communication whiz with flawless English skills—written and verbal—and a talent for spotting errors.
A self-motivated go-getter who shines in a 100% remote role, balancing independence with quick responsiveness.
Superbly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for managing shifting priorities.
A collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to support a high-performing team.
Bonus: Prior HR or accounting ops experience—you'll hit the ground running!
