Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
Be responsible for People management and consultancy for Lufthansa Technik Group in Canada, including Lufthansa Technik locations in Calgary and Montreal
Serve as People Management’s strategic and operational business partner for Lufthansa Technik’s regional Executive Management
Steer and implement global and regional Lufthansa Technik People strategies related to all Lufthansa Technik locations in Canada
Guide, challenge and facilitate the business expansion of the Lufthansa Technik Group in the region from a People strategic perspective
Develop, execute and monitor quality and performance indicators (KPI’s); measure services received from internal and external service providers
Perform any other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal People Manager must fulfill the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree desirable
At least 4 years of relevant professional senior People (HR) Consultancy and/or Management experience in Canada required
Regional experience desired
Strong experience in dealing with Senior Management on VP level and above required
Aviation / MRO Industry experience advantageous
Leadership skills are desirable but not required in the beginning
Fluency in English and French language required
German language desirable
Knowledge in HR management; Comp & Ben; Employee relations and recruitment required
