As a Product Coordinator at Magic, you'll support our product development and administrative functions during our transition to a new business model. This detail-oriented role is vital for ensuring smooth product development processes, facilitating effective communication, and maintaining accurate records through efficient data entry and basic data analysis.
The impact you’ll make:
Product Development Support
Identify and implement enhancements to existing file and data management
Maintain and organize product documentation in Notion and Shortcut
Perform accurate data entry while ensuring data integrity and consistency
Collect, organize, and summarize feedback from alpha testers
Schedule calls with external clients and assistants for user interviews
Provide overall administrative support while maintaining confidentiality
Communication & Coordination
Deliver timely communications via Discord, email, and/or Slack
Organize and schedule meetings for the product team
Oversee team calendars to ensure efficient scheduling
Project Management Assistance
Support Product Managers by monitoring project progress
Coordinate with engineers and internal stakeholders
Identify potential roadblocks and ensure deadlines are met
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
Market & Technology Awareness
Maintain foundational knowledge of AI technologies and tools
Assist in gathering and analyzing competitor information and market trends
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
