Business Analyst in GREECE

Description

As a Business Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and define IT requirements. Collaborating with architects, developers, and stakeholders, you will create functional specifications, support testing, and maintain documentation. Your role will also include conducting risk analysis, defining use cases, training other team members, and ensuring system compliance through user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in IT Business Analysis.
• Strong experience in business & IT system analysis, UML, relational databases, and architectural principles.
• Proficiency in modeling tools (ARIS, EA), wireframing (Balsamiq), and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Ability to define use cases, user stories, and functional specs.
• Experience with training others in analysis techniques and working in multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: We welcome both full-time employees and freelancers (but won't consider subcontracting agencies). This is a full-time position for residents in Greece.
• Location: This is a fully remote position. However, candidates who prefer a hybrid model have the option to work from offices in Athens or Thessaloniki.
• Working Days: Aligned with the standard Greek work schedule, including Greek public holidays, even for freelancers (totaling approximately 220-225 working days per year).
