Key Responsibilities:
– Build and manage strategic partnerships with DAOs, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and blockchain ecosystems (L1/L2)
– Structure token-based incentive deals including liquidity programs, staking collaborations, and governance integrations
– Expand ecosystem visibility through co-marketing campaigns, exchange listings, and cross-chain activations
– Maintain relationships with institutional crypto players, DAOs, liquidity partners, and ecosystem funds
– Analyze on-chain trends and identify high-impact partnership and incentive opportunities
Who You Are:
– 3+ years in Web3 business development, ecosystem growth, or DeFi/NFT partnerships
– Strong understanding of token incentives, governance frameworks, and crypto-native growth strategies
– Hands-on experience with DAO collaboration, token deal structuring, or cross-chain integration
– Familiar with on-chain analytics and DeFi ecosystem trends
– Web3-native mindset—this is not a Web2 SaaS or fintech sales role

Compensation & Benefits:
– Salary: $100,000–$160,000 + token-based performance incentives
