Team Lead – SEO & Digital Growth in BANGLADESH

SERPBiz is hiring a strategic and organised Team Lead to oversee client SEO campaigns and internal digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong SEO expertise, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to manage performance across multiple channels—without needing to execute every task hands-on.

🚀 Your Core Responsibilities

Client SEO Project Leadership

• Conduct comprehensive performance analysis across various client projects (e-commerce, local SEO, B2B).
• Identify gaps, underperforming landing pages, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead technical SEO audits (no need to fix issues, but able to identify and raise tickets with the technical team).
• Coordinate across technical, content, and link-building teams to align all strategies.
• Organise and manage rank tracking campaigns and monitor keyword movements.
• Analyse content performance to support optimisation planning.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, summaries, and KPIs.
• Deliver quick performance updates or ad hoc analysis when required.

SERPBiz Internal Campaigns

• Oversee monthly organic SEO strategy across three regional websites.
• Coordinate the social media calendar and ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor email marketing campaigns – performance reporting, essential template reviews, and A/B testing input.
• Track lead generation sources, conversion performance, and report findings.

📊 Reporting

• Present performance updates and strategic insights directly to company stakeholders.
• Flag risks, opportunities, and roadblocks early to support business decisions.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with agency background preferred.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO audits – must be able to identify issues and delegate fixes.
• Broad digital marketing knowledge, especially in SMM and email marketing.
• Firm grasp of content flow, tone, and structure – no need to write, but can guide quality.
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and campaign trackers.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Highly organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple teams and timelines.
