High-velocity startup driving AI, fintech, and retail digitization is seeking exceptionally sharp, battle-tested Project Managers to lead mission-critical initiatives across tech, operations, and product delivery. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, managing chaos with calm and converting vision into measurable velocity.
You must have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects—from concept to deployment—while aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering under pressure. You’ll need to think clearly, move fast, and speak the language of both engineers and executives.
You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are welcome, but ownership mindset trumps paperwork. Strong command of Agile, OKRs, and data-driven execution is essential. Bonus if you’ve led projects in AI, digital transformation, or product launches in emerging markets.
