Customer Support Personnel in Greece in HUNGARY

Must have:

• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Full fluency in at least one other market language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Analytical skills (critical thinking, data analysis, root cause analysis)
• Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.

Could be a plus:

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to digital products.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience working in a multinational team.
• Availability to work evening or weekend shifts.
• Readiness to attend work-related events.

Responsibilities –

• Attend 4 weeks of initial training and pass periodic assessments.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize tools and training to resolve product-related issues.
• Log cases, interactions, and feedback in internal systems.
• Occasional ad-hoc tasks, like content moderation or translation.
• Stay updated on the client’s products and services.
• Attend recurring training sessions.
