Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and testing AI models. The AI Engineer will also research emerging AI technologies and contribute to projects, especially the AI risk and security evaluator engine product of DevHike.

Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Science and Software Development
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote fast-paced setting
• 1+ years of experience in developing generative AI models and agents
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Must haves: Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, FastAPI.
• Familiarity with RAG, Llama models, LLMOps, LangChain, or Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with model explainability (e.g., SHAP, LIME).
• Experience with Github Co-Pilot
• Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) is a plus.
• Experience or coursework in security or adversarial AI is a plus
• Nice to have software development stack: Next.js, React.js, Django
