π§ What You'll Do:
- Develop & Customize: Build tailored solutions using SharePoint Online/2013/2016/2019, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Enhance UX: Configure sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows for a seamless user experience.
- Automate Processes: Develop web parts, event receivers, and scripts to streamline daily operations.
- Integrate Systems: Connect SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, and 3rd-party platforms using REST APIs.
- Support & Optimize: Troubleshoot issues, maintain performance, and keep users happy and productive.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
- Document Everything: Create clear, user-friendly documentation for workflows and solutions.
- Train Users: Help colleagues adopt SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with new SharePoint features and contribute innovative ideas.

What You Bring:
- Proven SharePoint development experience (SharePoint Online + legacy versions).
- Strong in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell, and C#/.NET.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, and OneDrive integrations.
- Comfortable with agile workflows and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Microsoft SharePoint certifications are a plus.

This is a project-based role structured for approximately 40 hours per month, with a compensation range of:
β‘οΈ $800β$1,120/month
(Equivalent to $5β$7/hour, depending on experience and final alignment.)
