Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator (Expat Visa & Work Permit Specialist) to join our team in Bangkok. This role is crucial in providing administrative support, office management, and specialized expatriate services to ensure seamless operations within the workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and service-minded, with significant experience in handling visa and work permit processes for expatriates, alongside general office administration and HR support.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Office Administration & Management
  • Oversee overall office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Maintain an organized, functional, and compliant office environment.
  • Coordinate with building management for office-related services.
  • Manage office assets, ensuring effective procurement and inventory tracking.
  1. HR General Support
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Support recruitment logistics, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate work permits and visa processes for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare programs.
  1. Expatriate Support
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to expatriates regarding housing arrangements, relocation support, and local living necessities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for expatriates concerning local services, banking, and utilities.
  • Manage coordination with external agencies for visa renewals and work permit applications.
  1. General Administration
  • Handle company correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Support budget tracking for office expenses, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for various administrative needs.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in administrative or HR-related roles, with specific experience handling expatriate visa and work permit processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of office management and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Essential understanding of work permit and visa processes for expatriates.
  • Languages: Fluent in Thai and conversational English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an international environment or directly supporting expatriates.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and guidelines for office compliance.
