IT Operations Associate Analyst in AUSTRALIA

Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide IT help desk and application 1st level support to all office, remote and site staff, ensuring exceptional IT service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner as a member of our global Helpdesk team.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and other end-user devices and peripherals.
  • Provide network support and assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Offer technical support to office staff, either in person or over the phone.
  • Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment, software, and license users.
  • Document and maintain processes related to hardware and software asset life cycle.
  • Coordinate the procurement and disposal of IT assets (software and hardware) for end-user computing devices.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new IT solutions and services.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of corporate data and IT systems.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and self-development to stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers as required.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
  • Lead & Champion IT projects for the business in conjunction with local stakeholders and HQ stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Global HQ to resolve urgent tickets and issues impacting business operations.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in IT help desk 1st level support.
  • Hands On experience and capabilities for HW rack and stack, Cabling & Wire Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to follow strict onsite processes, instructions, and procedures.
  • Preferably, a Diploma in Information Technology.
  • Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills.
  • Knowledge of the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices.
  • Change management and user adoption experience, including training and e-learning design.
  • Proficiency in system administration and desktop application support within a Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Relevant Information Technology qualifications or experience
  • Applicant must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
